Structural Design of stator Core in centrifugal Fan

The stator core of the centrifugal fan includes hollow columnar part and a number of T-shaped parts distributed uniformly along the cylindrical circumference. The stator iron core, except the outer circumference of the T-shaped part, is coated with the insulating structure as a whole. The outer circumference of the t part is exposed. The insulation structure corresponds to the upper end and the lower end of the t type structure forming radial extension protrusions respectively.


The convex part can strengthen the strength of the insulation structure on the t part and the lower end, and the convex rib can strengthen the strength of the insulation structure on the outer wall of the hollow columnar part of the stator iron core. The arc-shaped convex is distributed along the isometric distance of the axis hole in the end of the stator, and the gap between the adjacent arc-shaped convex is formed. The insulation structure is fixed with two spaced electrical inserts, which is convenient for the production and assembly of the motor and improves the production efficiency.


The plug in the stator core of the centrifugal fan is a flat strip as a whole, the insert end of the plug is wedge-shaped, and the root of the plug is close to the upper side of the bending part. The electric plug is located below the plug root and the width of the plug is larger than that of the plug and a step is formed on both sides of the plug root so that the lower end of the plug is wider so that the electric plug can be reliably fixed on the insulation structure. The plug insert end is wedge-shaped to facilitate plug insertion into the electrical Jack of the circuit board.


On the circuit board, a power supply lead line is welded, and the end cover is provided with an outlet line hole, which is tightly equipped with a hollow rubber casing. The outer end of the casing forms an outer conical structure, thus facilitating the casing to enter the outlet line hole of the end cover.
