When the impeller of the centrifugal fan of a boiler is rotated by the motor, the gas filled between the blades rotates with the impeller, and under the action of centrifugal force, the gas is thrown out of the slot between the blades. The gas is effectively transported out of the impeller outlet. When the outflow of gas creates a vacuum in the impeller space, the external gas automatically enters the impeller. Because of the continuous operation of the fan, the gas is sucked in and pressured, and the continuous flow of the gas is formed, thus forming the continuous operation.

The effect of the air blower of the boiler centrifugal fan is determined by the parts they install, the former is located at the back end of the boiler, the wind blower to the flue of the boiler, the negative pressure to the furnace, the guiding effect of the flue gas, so the latter is opposite to the front of the boiler, and the wind is called to the boiler, so the blast of the boiler room is called. The noise of the machine and the fan is usually about 90 decibels, because the flue gas temperature of the conveyed boiler is up to 180 degrees C. Therefore, the noise reduction and energy saving of the fan are combined in the process of two aspects.

The comprehensive treatment scheme for energy saving and noise reduction of boiler centrifugal fan is as follows: the process arrangement of boiler room remains unchanged, the blower and inducer are placed separately in the sound insulation room, and they are connected with the main engine by air vent pipe. Air inlet is provided on the top of the sound insulation chamber or on the wall, and muffler is installed for air inlet in the machine room. In plane arrangement, the blower is near the boiler room side, the inlet is in the upper side, and the motor is placed in the middle of the airflow passage. When the boiler is in operation, a large amount of outdoor fresh air will automatically enter the sound insulation chamber due to the negative pressure produced by the blower in the sound insulation room.
